Getting messages shown below in error.log at mediaportal startup. Can't find any posts about it. What is this telling me? Everything else working very smoothly.

Bump...

And maybe I should ask some more fundamental questions:

Is my version of mediaportal (0.2.3.0) the "best" to be using now if I'm trying to learn about the widest variety of plug-ins? Or would I be better off with a different version?

I'm trying to control a set top box with the IR transmitter that comes MCE (The eHome transmitter). Is MyBlaster the best way to do that? I've seen a lot of recommendations for the MCE replacement plugin but it seems to be obsolete now.
