Thanks to someone sending me a copy of ther pace420.dat file, i was able to get myblaster working without much trouble.
I have a hauppage PV-150 MCE tuner card, and a Microsoft MCE remote.
From the episode guide, it changes the channel perfectly, but if i am watching tv on any gven channel, andi have a scheduled recording, it will attempt to change the channel but fail. It would appear that my Foxtel (Pace 4200) STB only recieves the first 2 of 3 digits required to change the channel.
It almost like it is sending the codes to the STB slightly too fast.. is their a way to slow MyBlaster down a little bit.. Are their any paramaters that can be edited anywhere ?
Other than that, i find that media portal is working much better than MCE 2005 and it's been worth the trouble to set it up.
