Hi, after testing 3 months several MC systems for Windows I found MP the best of all. Actually I dropped it first, because there is no structured guide through the vast possibilities of MP and, starting to dig into MyMusic, due to an issue displaying cover art. This screenshot displays the red cover from folder.jpg on the lower left and the black ID3 cover tags on list view. You'll notice the missing covers. These are all the same songs copied, just with different album tags. After several hours of research I tracked down: MP3 cover tags are correctly retrieved and cached at scan time using MP Configuration tool. Okay. But if the album tag contains a number and several blanks somewhere before it, cover display depends on some strange rule, probably some erroneous string length calculation on retrieval. Examples:
Album names without cover display | Fixed name with cover display Cirkus (Live, CD 2) | Cirkus (CD 2, Live) The Best Of Part 1 (Rem) | The Best Of Part I (Rem) The Best Of Part 1 (Rem) | The Best Of Part A1 (Rem) TheBestOf Part 1 (Rem) | TheBestOfPart 1 (Rem) Really The Best (Baez, CD 1) | Really The Best (Baez, CD I) Really The Best (Baez, CD 1) |Really The Best (CD 1, Baez) Really The Best (Baez, CD 1)|Really The Best of Joan Baez (CD 1)

Similiar album names but with cover always displayed: Echoes (CD 1, Remastered) The Wall Live (CD 1) Apassionata and Friends (CD 1)
Workaround: Being xxx and yyy different strings, reformatting the album name will allow cover tag display:
''xxx (yyy, CD 1)'' format as ''xxx yyy (CD 1)'' or''xxx (CD 1, yyy)'' ''xxx 1 (CD 1)'' format as ''xxx I (CD 1)'' i. e. embedded roman number
I didn't find any posts regarding this intermittend cover display, maybe these findings may be useful to the community.
