Check your 'Home' plugin configuration.

Look on the Menu Structure tab and see what menu settings are being used, if you've got 'Use Menus' selected and 'Use MyPlugins' deselected then ensure you have added My Programs into the Menu Structure pane from the Available Plugins pane.

I think the support template doesn't help to find any special hardware or software related problems on this topic. :)

Ok, let's have a look at it. Please open MP configuration and go to the plugins section. Right click on the Home plugin. Go to the Menu Structure tab. There are 2 main settings: Use MyPlugins and Use Menus.

If you select Use Menus, you can build these menus in that dialog. In the section Available Plugins you will find the My Programs plugin. Just click on <--to add it to your menu.

If Use MyPlugins is selected, you go back to the Plugins section and right click on My Programs and enable the Plugin. With a second right click you choose Listed in Home or Listed in My Plugins.

Hope this helps you to see how you can build your customized menu.

    eehhm... rows? you didn't update to a newer CVS/SVN did ya? i think you'Re using a quite old version. it's a long time ago that the plugin config screen was aligned in rows as far as i'm concerned. maybe you should update it to the last CVS for rc2 not to mention the possibility to switch to RC3 (-;

    am i wrong?
