while trying configure tv server

1-mysql dont accept server name i tried 127.0.0.1 or localhost or pc name on network but first area still red but the error is wrong id (also i checked id. i can connect mysql database with same id with same server name

2-MsSql is connect all area are green but it cannot start closing with error and icheck database  mssql essentials  its cannot create database on server,when i try create database manually setup  goes second step but gives cannot write on database
