TV Card: Hauppauge 2250 Satelite/CableTV Provider: Brighthouse South Pinellas Digital Cable - 33771 TV - HTPC Connection: Single machine Server/HTPC combo Ok I tried to get an app running that instructs me to first create a new user in mysql database. Not a problem. OS I fire it up, and I notice I only have one databse in MySQL - it's information_schema. That's it nothing else, so I could not make any changes or anything. I do not have any problems with media portal, that I know of, I am able to see all my movies and TV shows, etc. TV tunning works, guide is there, etc. I am wondering how this is possible if I have no databases other than that? I see mysql and mysqld running on my machine, but when I do a show databases, that's all i see. What am I missing? I would really like to get this web interface utility working so I can see my channels / guide on the web etc???
