MySQL blocking website (1 Viewer)

Trying to access NZBMatrix: NZB Index today results in the following error in whichever browser I try:

"dbconn: mysql_connect: Host 'nzbmatrix.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'"

I find it rather peculiar that mysql is involved in trying to access a website. Trying to run this command results in:
"mysqladmin: refresh failed; error: 'Access denied; you need the RELOAD privilege for this operation"

EDIT: Seems this is a problem with that particular site, which they reckon should be gone once they move to new hardware. Restarting TVService and Mysql seems to have fixed it for now

This is a problem with that website and their MySQL database not the MySQL database for TV Service

Thanks for clarifying that. I thought somehow their website was causing problems with my MySQL database
