myTV and Videotext (1 Viewer)

Hi,
would it be possible to integrate Videotext in the myTV plugin?
I do not know if this an international thing but in Germany it is used and very helpful b/c it provides an easy way to check which program is currently on air or will be next (and on some pages within VT u even get the complete programme guide for that station except some local ones -> implement in TVGuide?).
Guess this is not an easy one but challenges make life more interesting :wink:

Is there a way to get data out of Teletext (that would be a way to provide a "small" but complete EPG for ppl. not willing to pay for a complete guide)?

EPG:

I use xmltv to get program info for germany and it works without problems and at no cost.

Videtext/teletext:

I´d like to see it in mp, too for other things than epg.
but it seems to be difficult. you don´t find progs to display videotext easily on the net.
easiest is probably to take advantage of the vtplus program that comes with hauppauge cards. but that only one user group.
other way is to get the info from websites providing the videotext pages. but this is probably different from country to country or channel to channel.
