myTV not working with latest SVNs (1 Viewer)

Since SVN from last week myTV (not new TVEngine) is not working anymore.

1. startMP
2. go to myTV
3. a pop up appears without any text and tv windows is black.

Tried even with different codecs.

With SVN from 08.01.2007 it's working fine.

Try disabling VMR9 exclusive mode.

This has replaced the directx exclusive mode and is now found in the same part of the config as the settings for MPA and DSCALER codecs.

I have also noticed problems with TV, it will only work if you have specified timehifting always on when VMR9 exclusive is set.

Hi,
He has already solved the problem which was a bad uninstalling off "Reclock" (program doesn't remove itself properly) & which again caused problems with audio renderer after a change in SVN.

Thanks for the update.

I will post my logs of the error when i have VMR9 exclusive set and timeshifting off when TV fails to start.

OK here are the logs and the error I get when VMR9 exclusive is set on and TV will not work (unless I have timeshifting set to on always)

TV works fine when VMR9 exclusive is off.

DVD, movies, trailers, mymusicvideos aren't affected either way if VMR9 exclusive is on or off.

Only TV affected.

If I schedule a recording and enter TV and turn on TV while the recording is in process it works because timeshifting is on.
If I then try another channel (timeshifting turns off) and TV fails .

Your error sems to be something complete different.

Which codec's do you use for TV (have you tried MPV & MPA)?
Could you also update your post with system specs?

The same error occurs whichever codec is used ; dscaler,mpa, cyberlink(ATI),nvidea, moonlight.

DVR-MS files (recorded tv) playback fine and play fine while timeshifting but live TV without Timeshifting and the error occurs.

Is this a w2ksp4 problem ?

DX9c and a DX9 gpu (ATI) are installed, there are no other apps running to make a difference.

The same problem occurs on other pc wih more powerful gpu and processors, the link is w2ksp4 across all platforms.

TV is working ok for me on XP Pro with this SVN build.
so maybe it is a 2ksp4 issue
