This then causes the audio and video to not sync up properly. I have tried multiple other video codecs (Dscaler, Leadtek, Cybervideo) and all share this problem.</p><p></p><p>Another issue for me is image tearing, almost any motion at all causes black horizontal lines to cross the screen. I have read about this on the forums and have tried some things (such as PCI latency tool and Vsync) all to no avail. </p><p></p><p>Any help would be greatly appreciated.</p></blockquote><p></p>
