As you can see I'm using Windows 2000 Sp4 as OS using the trick found in this
thread: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/get_timeshifting_work_under_windows_2000_2003-t242.html?t=242
but MyTV doesn't work :(
All the others module Movies, music, pictures works well but MyTV not...

My Happauge works with other programs (WinTV2000, ProgDVB) and this is
the strange thing... it works with Mediaportal but only on the secondary screen (the Monitor) and not in the TV (Primary Screen).

Thanks in advance for the help :D

The DirectX output will only work at one screen at the time. If you change your graphics cards settings it willl work

You can only have one active directX desktop with most graphics cards. The only way to have two active ones are if you have dual cards or a "dual card", i.e. one that emulates two graphics cards (suck as a dual DVI board).

I've M2NPV-VM motherboard with a NVIDIA 6150 integrated that has DVI + VGA + TV out with the driver control panel I can set dual view and have 2 independents desktops... the TV - in which I want MP runs - is the primary display as required
and all the others modules of Mp works :(

If the problem is that it wants activate directx on the secondary display (and
it is supposed to be the contrary) how to "convince" the graphic card to work in the right way?

I've tried the tricks to use MP on a secondary display but the results are comic
(half MP on all desktop, TV works but ssssssssssssssslow...)

fanoI, chack the nvidia display control panel, and take a look at the fullscreen vido, under the tv section and check that it is off.
Also to get mp on a secondary display chek my post https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mixed_workstation_and_htpc-t13664.html
I have mp running at my 1º monitor, secondary or tv using the method I describe at the post. After my exams I'll try to update the post with all the cahnges I've do recently, but the method is almost the same.
I hope it help you, if not, say it and i'll take a look.

Thank for the help I've looked at the fullscreen video section and it says disabled :D

I've tried your script... no success it says:

"Sorry these display setting can not be supported"
and then starts MP on the Monitor (that is set now as primary display).

I suspect that the problem is in this line that is obscure for me:

Code:
RunWait ("rundll32.exe nvcpl.dll, dtcfg setview 1 DualView DA TA")

My system is LCD Monitor and a CRT TV Color SDTV I have to change something in the script?

Thanks,
fanoI

Well that line say to my pc to set the 1º digital display (da) as 1º monitor and the first analog (TA) as secondary on a dualview scheme.
Maybe your card uses another names
try DA DB or TA TB.
