TV-Server Version: SVN 18313 MediaPortal Version: SVN 18313 Windows Version: XP Pro SP 2 MPEG2 Video Codec: Dscaler MPEG2 Video decoder MPEG2 Audio Codec: Intervideo Audio Decoder for Technotrend Hi, I've found that when you go to MP : MyVideos then the list will also include files that are still being created (for example if an external recording application is still writing to that file) - which is good :). However : if you try to play that, strange things happen: it will open video but stop at the first frame. If you press pauze 2 times, then it will actually start to play, but there is no sound. If you press +15s or -15s the playback will abort alltogether. Completed .TS and .MPEG files do play fine in the video player. Interestingly enough : programs that are (still) recording with TVE3 can be played with MyVideos. (meaning: from within MyVideos I browse to the folder where TVE3 is writing the .TS file of the current recording and I tell it to play this "video file") ... I would have expected this to have the same problem; apparently that is not the case. :S MyVideos and MyTV are set to the same codecs BTW. Also : I can play these (externally) recording files that fail in MyVideos with VLC media player. Any idea why MP can't do this, or how I could fix this ? Thx, Johan.
