need advice on hardware for new build (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
Newbie to media portal and would love some advice.

I have a gigabyte board P35-DS3P
4GB 667 RAM

and I would like to be able to record HDTV so which tuner is good for Australia?
Also which hdd. I have narrowed it down to 2.

WD Caviar Green 1.5 TB SATA Hard Drives ( WD15EARS )

Also any suggestions for a graphics card.
