Yep, looks like an OEM Microsoft remote - maybe Dell bundles them with their MCE systems. It doesn't seem to have the MS logo on it, but I'll bet it works exactly the same.Once $10 shipping is factored in, I don't think that's an outstanding deal.. I got mine from a local computer parts store for about the same price. The OEM stuff is usally cheaper than the retail cause it isn't packaged.
