[INTEL] Need Some Help Blu Ray Playback (1 Viewer)

Intel Core Duo2 2.9
8gb ddr 2 Memory
Windows 7 64bit
Power DvD 9
SAF 4.0 Codecs

Problem is when i play a Blu ray the video tears into different colors
sort of like a rainbow effect, and it seems to happen all the time.
could this be due to my onboard Graphics ?
I was told the x4500 could handle 1080p
but my movies are not watchable so im wondering if this is the issue.
im looking at getting the

Geforce 210
is it any good for Blu ray playback ?

the x4500HD is capable. The x4500 not so much.

Geforce 210 is adequate for the job. Paired with that CPU you should have no problems.

Hmmm i will try take a pic of the color tear
seems i do have the X4500HD G45 Express

Its just that my Bluray movies are just not watchable
