It is WinTV HVR-1300.
I had a lot of troubles with it - it sometime causing system freeze after wakeup, takes me weeks until i found the source of this problem and create workaround using MCE standby tools addon

I hate Hauppauge for this, they newer fix the issue. They even delete the thread i created on thier forum. There was a lot of desperate users with the same issue.

I would recommend you the passiv cooled HIS 6570 Silence. It is single slot and low profile and without a fan.

Here is 6450 in my HTPC - no problem with heat even when playing Lego Indiana Jones

It's too bad they stopped producing the Mini Ninja. It's the perfect CPU cooler for the Antec NSK2480 and Fusion Remote

Not only Mini ninja, even great SoundGraph iMON 2.4G DT remote is no longer available. They stop it without replacement
