Hello developer team,

I get an error message, at the beginning of installation, on a new installed windows 8.1 system.
"Some componets are missing on your system..."
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1"

At the "Requirements" page is wirtten:
"Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 (MP 1.5.0 or earlier)
Microsoft .NET Farmework 4 (MP 1.6.0 pre-release or later)

Is there a problem at the installer or on the requirements page?
Or a missunderstanding from me?
