Thank you for the reply charli181 I will post the logs once I get home. I have another question, do I need to install DT tools? This is where I'm a bit confused. On the server I tested MediaPortal to work out any issues I may run into. At first I could not get any of the ISO, VOB's ect to work. Then I did some reading and found that DT tools may be my answer. I loaded this app and then I kept reading; I came across an article that told me to make sure the Extension were added to the Extension configuration. After doing both of these steps I could now view the ISO's and VOB files. Then I uninstalled DT tools and it still works, I'm now wondering if I should install DT tools on the HTPC system to see if it loaded something I might need to make this work. I don't think it's a Network share issue as I can watch a movie when its in a Video_TS folder and I can also listen to MP3's over the network. Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated. Regards, Hamish
