Switching it off completelly would be very bad for the OSD, and if the user goes to the GUI while the video plays. Common usecase: watch LiveTV and access the TV Guide to plan some recording.

this is not what I meant, AA is disabled when presenting image/video surfaces, but it's enabled for vector graphics:

- render video image without AA
- render GUI controls using AA

AA setting can be controlled for each drawed primitive separately
