[QUOTE="RonD, post: 1035887, member: 117536"] I can't comment on Schedules Direct since I've never tried it, but if you use mc2xml and xmltv you can use a mc2xml command line option to marks shows as new or NOT(new). With "-a" all new shows add a " *" to the end of the Title, With "-b" all NOT(new) show add a " *" to the end of the Title. When you setup recordings you can use this to select if you want new or NOT(new) shows. Since I already had a lot of schedules that did not have " *" in the Title I used the "-b" command line option to skip recording NOT(new) shows. I needed to tweak the recordings for a couple shows like the "10PM News" that are treated as NOT(new). This is not as convenient as the BeyondTV scheduling that lets you select if you want to record "all shows" or "new shows" but gets the job done. There is similar info in the following thread.
