new install - how (1 Viewer)

I just downloaded MediaPortal Setup.... and MP2 setup summer..... Do I need both? If so is there a specific order? I have a UBS tuner that is hooked up to a U-verse receiver. I need to use software to find my tuner and then find my receiver channel so that I can use the U-verse program to find a TV station to watch. Thanks for answering. Specificity may help me so I won't have to bother you again with questions as to how to......

There is a newer Weekly version a lot have been using (myself included)
Just download this one and run the install, it will ask everything needed to install it.
Also I am including the MP2 Wiki site for assistance
