New installation of MP 1.6 but after that problems (1 Viewer)

Before I did a complete new installation of MP 1.6 and MySQL 5.6 I had MP 1.5 and MySQL 5.1 installed. I uninstalled the old MP and MySQL completely. After that, I deleted all the folders manually too (ProgramData, Program Files and MySQL) and than installed the new MP and MySQL. After that as I wanted to install the skin, I got a message that an older version already exists. How can this be?
