I've had MP running on a 1Ghz PIII with 512MB RAM and a 32MB videocard. It was kind of slow, but it worked! Now I'm also using a Athlon64 3200+ with 2GB RAM an 256MB X800 GTO2 videocard. The videocard is actualy a bit over the top. A nForce 6200 and faster will do. For HD video you'll need a more capable grapics card like your 6700. 1 GB is enough to be able to run the TV-server3, MP and www.orb.com at the same time. My HTPC machine uses 1080MB when using these three at the same time. For MP only 512MB should be enough.
