New: Picture and Video thumbnail rework in MP2 (1 Viewer)

This is no longer the case: the thumbnail creation is done in two ways. For server import of shares all thumbs are created and stored in the media library. The client-only browsing does only use the existing thumbs from windows 7 thumb cache.
