Hi,

it looks like setting set ratio is not working. On my system everything is OK. I use VLC Version 0.8.6f.
On a different PC I use 0.8.6h. On both PCs no problems. Anyway I put a catch arround the ratio thing should prevent crashing the MP.

Do NOT use the 0.8.6i Version. It is buggy. The setvariable function is not working. Use the 0.8.6h which is OK.

edit: indeed version h works and 16:9 also works now
tv guide is absent though maybe because i am using monochrome skin, have to leave the house now will try blue two wide maybe its enabled there.

Hi papas,

yes there is still work open to do the guide. So its disabled for now.
Also I will rewritte the OSD part right now, it will need some time. I need to travel to GB for about 1-2 weeks.
I will continue in the meantime. I will come back to you as soon I'm back.

well it works (sort of) with an itgate tgs 100 & dream 7020

is it possible to use 2 boxes at the same time?

to get it going i had to turn off autostart

I can type in the channel number but it won't change - displays it on screen thou. could be i need to program in the remote ?

the plugin's osd channel list comes up but i can't scroll up & down - this i pressume i need to program the remote.

are you lookin at an option to record using the internal hd of the sat boxes?

Compatability

Hi.
I'm totaly new to Dreambox, but have found out that i want one. Haven't bought it yet so I want to be sure that I get one that works in MP.
I've got cable so my options are dm500, dm600 or dm7025. Can I expect this plugin to work with 500/600 or should I go for the 7025 to be sure?

Sinds Diseqc is still not supported by MP this plugin is the best compensation .
Works good and if you dont wana put a tv card in your pc its good solution.

One minor thing I cant seem to switch the audio stream from german to english etc etc
