Won't install with Mediaportal 1.2.1
Is this plugin still under development? Because I just thought about writing one for my own for picasa because I wanted my webalbums in Mediaportal.

Perhaps you could reactivate this plugin? Just ask for the sources to begin? Would love to have a working facebook picture plugin

Isn't was a good idea to combine a social plugin and a online album plugin, so i will make a separated facebook plugin, and i will post the source code of this plugin, but this was plugin was a experiment so nothing special in code anyway it is needed to remade all plugin ...

If I can find the time I will try to implement a plugin for the webalbums. Working on an other one atm.

A standalone facebook plugin would be awesome.. So, not only for pictures, but also for find friends and view messages.. Maybe Facebook have a api to make it?

Yes it have, but have some limitation, just now read the documentation. I thinking about something like android facebook application, maybe with possibility to share links from other plugins. But something like this may take long time to develop and i don't know if a FaceBook plugin it is required ...

I understand what you mean .. It must indeed be worth. Stand would not mind if not all options could be served, but I do not know if that would make it much easier.

For me it's easy to say but because I myself have little knowledge of programming it. If I could help somewhere then let me know!

i think that the picture function of facebook makes sense on a htpc, because many friends of mine just upload pictures to facebook and nowhere else. so for me a usable (fullscreen) photo plugin for facebook would be enough... but on the other side, a fully integrated facebook plugin also would be nicem but perhaps the work for it would be tooo much (because every browser can do it...)
