    Hi guys,

Currently, I'm using a 45 buttons Hauppauge remote that came with my tv card and on the second system I'm using a keyboard.
Now I would like to get 2 receivers & 1 new remote that should work with both the receivers.
There is a section in the wiki about remotes but they seem to be hard to get or EOL?
I found quite some MCE remotes and receivers but I don't have a clue what works.

Here in the forum, there is a user who sells RC6 receivers. is that a standard for all the common usb receivers and do those work out of the box?
Is every MCE remote compatible with those kind of receivers and MP?
These are the models that I found:

Original Microsoft Media Center MCE Remote

Original Lenovo Microsoft MCE Media Center

Original HP Media Center MCE Remote Control

    Hama MCE Remote Control

SANOXY Windows 7 Vista XP Media Center MCE PC Remote Control and Infrared Receiver for Home, Premium and Ultimate Edition

    TIA

Any of these *should* be fine (free shipping)
    Ebay:

I can vouch for receiver as I have the same receiver. The remotes are slightly different to mine but *should* be fine.

PS. The one you listed is not a true original microsoft MCE remote original mce remote looks like this
    M17-7900-callout.jpg

It has 2 power buttons. And has learning IR button for TVPWR/Vol+/Vol-. You can only buy them second hand.

PS. Just because receiver is RC6 doesn't mean it is compatible with all RC6 remotes (example imon receiver). I recommend this receiver (because I have one) if buying a standalone receiver.

However for the price it is better (and safer) to just buy a 2x receiver bundled with 2x remote + 2x ir blaster cord, it doesn't cost much more.
