I hope either this is the proper place to ask this question, or perhaps someone can point me in the correct direction.
I use MP for most of my media, I am setting up some touch screens to control this and some x10 home control stuff. I would like to do two thinks that I am not sure how.
1. Set up some shortcuts so that I can move directly between applications at the push of a button. For example be listening to music and move to the my TV Series plug-in by clicking 1 or more buttons at the same time.
2. Access now playing information. Access info about a movie (while playing but also when highlighted in Moving Pictures), so that I can display it on the remote touch screen pc.
Any suggestions on how to accomplish this, or other functionality used by those who have already set up similar systems will be greatly appreciated.
