It's a shot in the dark but I have to try.

I've been trying to get Win7 Pro 64 bit going but I'm hitting a problem with adding a HVR-1250. The system seems fine for about 10 minutes then blue screens. Some times its an IRQ less or not equal error and other times it just flashes a blue screen then reboots.

I think it has something to do with the 1250 conflicting with something as it only happens after adding this card. Even if I don't install the drivers it happens.

If anyone has seen this and might have an idea (other then removing the card) please let me know.

You could try putting the card into a different slot or removing/moving/disabling the hardware it conflicting with.

    Good luck,

    Hi again Stephen

I concur with NickName. Such issues are almost always caused by driver or hardware problems. In this case it may be a conflict with your 1600. You can try switching slots, but if that doesn't work then you'll need to contact Hauppauge directly.
