New User question - TV guide (1 Viewer)

I'm a new user with Media Portal, but I've been using computers forever. I need someone to do some basic walking through with me to get a feature set up. Basically, I installed media portal, and it works well, but for My TV whenever I go to the TV guide it shows "no data."

How do I set this up correctly? I have Comcast and I live in Pittsburgh, PA.

Hi,

I have same kind of problem now when I installed some newer release. In EPG log file there is only mention that it starts grapping EPG data for channel XXX. This information is shown again and again but nothing else and TV Guide is empty.

I'm taking EPG from DVB signal.
