1. Is there a way to create playlists or just queue Music in MP? or Videos? (if there is i'm totally missing it)

2. If no does it matter what I make playlists with? winamp, mediaplayer, etc...

3. Is there a way to mount DVD ISOs from within MP? I think it would be the 'bestest' if DVD ISOs could be listed right along with my mkv files but that may be asking to much. :)

1. Yes. To queue songs, just select a song, click the info button (or right click) and either Add to Playlist or Add All to Playlist. Once queued, you can go to the Current Playlist screen and save from there.

Add to Playlist also shows up in My Videos, but I've never tried it. I doubt it'll work with ISOs though.

2. I am not sure the correct format to use for exporting from other apps. But it'll work in some format. You could save a playlist as described above, and open it in Notepad to see the MP version.

3. Yes. You'll need Daemon Tools installed. Then go into MP Config, make sure you are in Advanced mode, and go to General->Daemon Tools to set up. You will also need to add the ISO extension to the video file types to get them visible in MP.

I'm working on the DVD ISO thing right now...

If I use the internal player I get no audio... I've tried a few setting combinations but nothing working so far.

If I tell it to load DVDs in an external player (windvd) it won't... unless I also load videos into an external player (mplayer)... which slowely makes the whole point pointless.

Is there a way to make MP mount but not play the ISOs...? That's my preferred fix but in the meantime I'm working on fixing the audio.

What codecs are you using for DVD and video? I think I had this trouble on one of my computers (except with wmv files) and just setting the codecs to auto select fixed it for me.

CoreAVC, ffdshow, and WinDVD... but I figured all that out...

then I had trouble getting the remote to work... I was about to give up when I realized the replacement mce thing was bugged/out of date, so I removed it and installed the IR Server Suite. So for the moment I'm good to go.
