Hi all,
Looking to set up an HTPC with MP and then use a combination of the HTPC running PS3 Media server to stream recorded programmes around the house (wireless and wired)
Installed a few days ago and it all works but I'm in the process of setting up some advanced recordings-MP does this but it seems to take a few minutes of wait before I can do anything else. CPU util jumps up to 50%, sometimes higher, and stays there until the screen refreshes with the updated recording shedule.
Could this be related the MySQL database or something else? If I go for Record Once, I dont get the delay-only on advanced recording via the EPG does it surface.
Any ideas/fixes would be gratefully receieved to speed up my learning process! ;-)
