Newbie Skin Question (1 Viewer)

I have installed the black glass HD skin, however I do not see how to "enable" the skin in the configuration utility. All the docs say go to "general-->skins" however I do not see that option. The version of media portal I am running is 1.2.2

It is now in the GUI section of MP Configuration;
