Newest Hauppauge PRV 150 drivers (2.22.23257) (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

I've tried the newest PVR 150 drivers from Hauppauge (2.22.23257, found at http://www.hauppauge.com/pages/support/support_pvr150.html ) with the latest CVS (24-10, 23h), and there is something strange in the setup of the card (through MP setup) : I cannot set the tuner to SECAM_L.
By default, it is set to PAL_B, and I cannot change it (I mean, I can change it with the UI, but the value is not assigned to the driver).

Result is TV is unwatchable...

Has anyone encountered the same problem (mostly french people, I guess) ?

I have the same problem with the PreRelease 2.0.35.23236 driver.

I had partialy solved it by replace default by SECAM_L in channel setup.

The first time in TV it's wrong but by changing the channel, It's working

Apparently, this is linked to the MP version.
Someone on the french forum tried the Hauppauge new drivers with MP 0.13 and he does not have the issue.
As I have latest CVS (24-10), I suspect the issue comes from it.
I will do further testing and let you know.

I just updated my drivers. Which fixed the lipsync problems caused by the previous version on my system. But I'm getting reluctant against changing hauppauge drivers.

I've done that also, but then, the issue is when you want to schedule a record (basically, you record a PAL picture).

I've switched back to MP 0.2 RC1, same issue.
I've tried to revert back to my old Hauppauge drivers, and now I have no sound anymore...the picture is correct (Secam), though.

Arghh...darn Hauppauge PVR 150 drivers !
...Any idea/feedback would be appreciated.
