TV-Server Version: N/A MediaPortal Version: 0.2.3 RC1 SVN Rev15025 MediaPortal Skin: Blue Wide Windows Version: XP MCE 2005 SP2 CPU Type: AMD AM2 3600+ HDD: 400GB SATA Memory: 2 GB Motherboard: ASUS M2a-VM HDMI Motherboard Chipset: Motherboard Bios: 0502 Video Card: Onboard ATI Video Card Driver: 5.3 Sound Card: On board 1. TV Card: Digital Now Dual Hybrid S2 1. TV Card Type: Digital 1. TV Card Driver: 1.0.3.3 MPEG2 Video Codec: Dscaler MPEG2 Audio Codec: MPA Power Supply: Remote: MS MCE remote TV: LG 132CM LCD Rear Proj TV - HTPC Connection: RGB Firstly I connect my PC via SPDIF As the topic says, when I try to watch a channel that has AC3 audio (7 HD) I get no sound. If I start to record the channel or timeshift it the audio works, straight away I stop timeshifting or recording, the sound disappears again. Playback of files is fine also. I have tried AC3 Filter, FFDSHOW AC3 codec & Cyberlink's one and get the same result in all. Graphedit shows the connections going all the way to my directsound device, I am at a loss. With the AC3 filter I will get a split second of sound when I change to the problem channels but then nothing. Channel 7 Digital works fine but Channel 7HD has this issue for example. Does anyone know what is happening?
