No audio with ripped DVD (1 Viewer)

I've ripped some DVD's to my HD. Some play back fine and others have no audio. They work fine in Vista's Media Center but not in Media Portal. I've install ffshow and have enabled all the codecs for audio and video. I'm lost.

Any suggestions?

Do you use SPDIF output to your receiver?
