No Channel More 4 & XMLTV not updating, jolly odd, any ideas please?

I think that your XMLTV GUI configuration may be incorrect. That's the tvguide.xml file that you posted above. Nobody expects you to know what an XMLTV file looks like. If you're curious: fine.
