No channels found during scan (1 Viewer)

Win XP PRO SP3
Pentium D 2.8 GHZ
2 Gigs of ram
ATI TV Wonder Tuner

I installed Media portal with the TV Server package. When I run the TV Server config it found the card right out of the box. I have tried to scan in my analog channels but none show up. I know that the card is running and connected because it works perfect under SageTV. I have included the log. I hope someone can figure out what is wrong here. Thanks for the help.

Now when I hit scan the TV Server config app immediately crashes.

Is this an "ATI TV Wonder PCI" with a Phillips analog tuner?
I have the same problem. The tuner works using VirtulDub and I can capture from it.
Scanning yields "no signal" and the app will crash at the second attempt (with or without dvbhot fix)
I have been trying for 6 to 8 hours, no luck. Un-installed, reinstalled, two different XP installs, every XP update, different Video cards, etc......
This is a generic analog tuner. Doesn't the Faq say that any analog tuner should work?
