I am running two ATI brand Elite tuner cards with RC3 with no problems. The first one was detected ok, but when I installed the second one, I had to set it up. I will be upgrading to RC4 shortly, so hopefully they will work.

Tried the RC3 and got this message:
Unable to create graph for this device

And after that it displays the Theater 550 pro in the capture card. But I cant tune channels :?

I have one of these cards, and it was a pain (sounds like you are having the same issues I had) until about two weeks ago when it (thankfully) started working with the latest RC and CVS.

Get all the latest drivers from ATI (it seems like it takes Powercolor a while to catch up with ATIs releases) and the latest software here, and you should be good to go.

I also downloaded the drivers from the website instead of using the supplied discs with the card. That may be the issue?

Here's what I used:

THEATER 550 PRO TV Tuner Drivers - 6.14.10.134
Remote Wonderâ„¢ Software Version 3.04.0.0 (ENGLISH)

I tried to link to the driver install page on ATI's website, but they don't allow direct linking for some reason.

You should be able to get to them on
http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html

I also am running Windows XP MCE 2005 version for the OS, so I'm not sure if that should make any difference on wheter or not the cards would work or not.

I didn't install any other drivers, or the PowerCinema software. Supposedly there is a security vunerability with that on boot.
