No "Encoder Filters" tab in config menu (1 Viewer)

Hello,

Im kinda new to this all but what i have seen so far, MP rocks!

I still have trouble getting my 7134 card running (it works with TVFM tuner tho). I have read the "Software encoder Tv-card setup" guide.. but here is the weird thing:

I dont have this "Encoder Filters" tab ( also i dont have the Decoder tab). I have installed a new version of Intervideo Decoder (the one inclusing WinDVD).. but still... no option "Encoder Filters" (and im ashuming i seriously need that with my 7134 card).

So the question: Whjy dont i have the "Encoder Filters" and "Decoder Filters" in the configuration menu (as shown in the guide link: UserGuides/SW-Cards_setup - MediaPortal Wiki Documentation)

Edit: I found the Expert-mode switch in the config menu, but still, no Encode or Decode Filters

Also.. when i go to my TV-card in the TV-setup, when im in the part of the menu where u can search for channels, the menu is "stuck" (Stuck meaning, u can click on other tabs, the name changes but the menu remains the same-> bug?)

I tried power cinema as well and the tv card works there.. altho a bit stuttery but it works
