No free Card - WinTV-DCR-2650 (1 Viewer)

Trying to make the switch from WMC to MP since WMC is going away in windows 10. Followed the setup instructions. Used MC2XML and XMLTV to Setup and map guides. Uninstalled WMC after getting the No free card error but that hasnt worked. Firewall doesnt appear to be and issue. Feel like im missing something obvious.

I use OTA (antenna) and don't have experience with cable setups. To help understand your problems please add some log files from your system. see

Here's the problem:

In other words: you're trying to tune an encrypted channel, but TV Server isn't aware that you have a CableCARD that enables you to decrypt it.
