no fullscreen when timeshifting is disabled (1 Viewer)

1. Start MP
2. goto fullscreen (alt-enter)
3. goto MyTV
4. disable timeshifting
5. try to go to fullscreen (press x)
6. TV stops ( black window ); GUI doesn´t react an keys anymore
7. kill MP using Taskmanager

Happens in window mode aswell.
No problems while timeshifting is enabled.
Problem exists since mediaportal-cvs-11-24-2005--14-06.rar.

can anyone confirm ?
