no function of the TV's submenu Program (2 Viewers)

Hallo,

I do have Problems in using the submenue Program (TV). If I click on Program I can see on the left hand side 10 times no shannels and on the right hand side no Program information.

How can I change that ?

Does anybody can help me with that, for example can anybody provide me scrennshots of the all relevant portions of MediaPortal, operating System is Windows 7 64bit.

It sounds as if your channels and EPG are not set up.
Is that the case or not?

I receive lots of programs, so I think, I have configured everything proper. Attached, you can find my screenshots.

You have to setup the EPG grabber in TVServer.

I thought, I have done this allready. Could you kindly give me a hint, what I need to change in TV EPG Grapper's menu.

Have you selected "Grab Epg while idle"?

Also keep in mind that it takes a while until epg is updated for all channels...

The epg and the channels show up in the main TV screen and in the miniguide. But when he goes in the main TV Guide channels and programs are empty - look at the screenshots.

Just an observation: in the tv guide he has the "all channels" group, in the channel not.
