Have been looking little speed improvements as i sometimes get stuttering on hd contexts.</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Since upgrade have had many issues. First issue was that DVD Shrinked / *.IFO files under my videos was not playing / crashing Media Portal.. Have done numerous re-installs of media portal since as well as codecs + upgraded to powerdvd 9 from version 8 + windows media player 11 + more</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Latest problems are : installing media portal after complete deinstall does not give show me a machine name entry in tv server config where i can scan for channels. So tv cards are not showing.</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>However if i restore an the old media portal rc4 database i can see the machine and ctv ards and channels but i cannot see any live tv for those channels however i can hear the live tv feed and i cannot play any recorded tv but i can record live tv. So as a workaround i can send the recorded tv to powerdvd for playing which works, Also the tv cards seem to work good as cyberlink powercinema can scan for channels and see all the live tv channels. </strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Any ideas ?</strong></p></blockquote><p></p>
