under "LATM AAC audio decoder" option i dont get monogram aac decoder option anymore, i only get divx aac & ELECARD LATM demultiplexer. I have hdpack 2.6 installed. and also registered mm_aac_bin_1.0.0.1 manually still no luck.

I think you may have installed the encoder instead of the decoder. What you want is the decoder from here. Unzip and register it and you should get the Monogram option back.
