no mp3 playback after updating gfx drivers (1 Viewer)

hi guys,

recently began using the fab MP, got it all set up ad working nicely. then the other day i upgraded my ATI gfx drivers, and no i cannot get any playback of video or music files of mp3. they appear to be playing but there is no sound. these files play fine outside of MP.

does anyone have any ideas what may have happened, i'm kind of confused as to how changing the gfx drivers has buggered up sound !

Hi themoid,

You may have a driver which supports outputting sound via hdmi cable. Check the output device in MP Config and if wrong change it to the normal output device (do windows sounds play?)

Otherwise some logs please.
