I have replaced the streamingserver.dll .. otherwise I had the same problem as you, no picture on client, (I had to do that after build 20-03-08) also .. when starting the tvserver I start a timeshift manually on a not encrypted channel for a few seconds.. then i do the same on an encrypted channel and stop it again .. after that all my clients work (on XP) ..
