No Sound (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I have been using Media Portal 1 many years now and it has mostly worked very well. But for two days I have no sound in the Media Portal at all. Not if I play music oder watch TV and not even on the first screen if I choose between the different chapters (TV, Music, Settings, etc.). It all began when I wanted to start a movie from the beginning which I was already recording. I assume I just pressed a hidden mute button, but cannot unmute it now. I pressed the usual unmute button but it doesn't help. In windows or even in Media Portal 2 the sound works fine. As far as I can see there are no audio related errors in the logs.

PS.: I am using the latest version.

Restart with watchdog tool but first you need to set the log level to debug because it seems that we has an issue about it like explain here :
Win10 falls creators update problems watching videos

And attach the log, also maybe your PC is in mute 'M' key to press

i changed the debug level in the configuration and restarted. The log files are attached. Hope that helps.
The "M" key did not

Thanks for logs, seems nothing wrong in it
When you doing '+' and or '-' key does it show volume level ? (try to stay on '+' key for at least 5 seconds just to be sure that MP handle it.

On my keyboard I have dedicated volume up and volume down buttons. Pressing those I see a volume bar increasing or decreasing as expected. If I press the minus button, it decreases in the same way. Pressing the + Button nothing happens. Not sure why. Is there a way to reset all audio settings?

There is a change on 1.19 Pre about audio device, are you wiling to test it ? and post logs ?

MediaPortal 1.19.0 Pre Release - MEDIAPORTAL

Install it and report back, in between, i will build a new installer based on my latest works and we can try if 1.19 Pre didn't work too

With the new version I still have the same issue. Moreover M for mute and + fto increase the volume does also not work.
Can I save the settings and reinstall everything?
BTW whilw installing the new version I had three window pop ups saying "Invalid file handle 32"

The "Invalid file handle 32" can be ignored for now (it can happen sometimes and related to try to copy the same font and failed)
Will analyse logs, are you wiling to test a teamviewer session ?
