If I go to the control panel, click Performance and Maintanace/Administrative Tools/Computer Management/Device Manager. In the Device Manager I expand Sound, Vidio and Game cotrolers, and then right click ATI unified AVStream Driver(My Tuner uss the ATI Chipset). In the resulting drop down I click disable. After the device is disabled, I right click again and select enable. Now MP discovers the tuner, but it does me no good. MP scans, but finds no TV channels.
