No TV Channels found (1 Viewer)

I'm new to this forum, just installed MediaPortal. My tv card is a
Conexant Capture (Prolink PixelView Play TV MPEG2).
I'm connected to cable TV (Comcast), when scanning for chanels it does not find any. Also get the message "unabel to create graph for this device"

I'm sure others have had this problem, sorry if this post is a duplicate.

Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!

Is it a software card or does it have a hardware decoder?

If it is software, you need to ask the devs implement it for you.

Theres a suport template that you can fill out thst should really help with fixing the problem

It's a software card, but it should be supported. Please make sure you have the latest drivers.
